DRAFTDraft for review. This text is not yet in force and will be replaced by the reviewed version before launch. Questions about this page: support@nexoboard.com
1. The service
We host Nexoboard sites for the account that creates them (the tenant). The tenant owner manages sites, members, plans and billing from the console.
2. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in US dollars in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices on the pricing page when you subscribe.
3. Your data
You own the data in your sites. We process it only to run the service, and you can download a backup from the console.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam or attacks on other systems. We may suspend a site that does, after notice when possible.
5. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time from the console. Unpaid or cancelled sites become read-only, then paused, archived and deleted after the notice periods.
6. Updates of Advanced environments and self-hosted servers
We publish new platform releases and mark the security releases. Shared hosting (Pro and Business) runs a release as soon as we deploy it. An Advanced environment is updated only after its tenant owner confirms the update in the console, for the next maintenance window or at once; we never apply one for you and set no deadline. Keeping an Advanced environment up to date, security releases included, is the tenant owner's responsibility, as is updating a self-hosted Enterprise server with the installer's upgrade command.
7. Your own code
On every plan with AI, the AI Builder can write browser scripts for the tenant's forms (Client Scripts); on Advanced and Enterprise it can also write server scripts, at the tenant owner's request. Each script the AI Builder writes is checked automatically before it is switched on, but no person at Nexoboard reviews it, and a script changed by hand is not checked again except for its AI calls. The tenant is responsible for the code it asks for, changes and applies, for what that code does with its data and its users, and for the AI calls it makes, which use the account's AI credits at the rates on the pricing page. We may switch off a script that harms the service or other customers, and tell the tenant owner why. Pro and Business run no server code of the tenant's.
