Approvals and workflows

Decide who approves what, in which order and above which amount. A claim, a leave request, a purchase or a deal moves through the states you define, and only the people you name can move it. Approve from the list, from the record or from your phone.

Roles and permissions

Each person sees what their role allows: their department, their region, their own records. Hide a single field, such as salary, from everyone but HR. Roles come with the apps and you add your own.

Reports and dashboards

Build a report with filters, group-by and totals in minutes, from any record in any app. Pin charts and number cards to a dashboard for your team, and have a report emailed every Monday.

Documents in your brand

Quotes, offer letters, pay slips, purchase orders and any other document as a PDF on your letterhead, generated from the record and emailed from it. Change the layout in the browser; the numbers always come from the record.

  • Email from the record, with the PDF attached and the message kept on the timeline.

Automation and reminders

When a record changes or a date comes round: assign the work, notify the right people by email, or by WhatsApp with the WhatsApp app, update a field or hand the record to the next step. Set up in the browser as "when this, then that".

Your site at yourcompany.nexoboard.com, or on your own domain from Business up, with your logo and colours on its pages, its emails and its documents. Your country, currency and time zone are set per site.
