Say what you need
In plain words, the way you would explain it to a new colleague: what you keep track of, who approves what, and which figures you want to see.

A proposal, not a change: the records, fields, approvals, workflows, reports and dashboards it would create, each one named and explained.

Nexoboard checks it
Before you see it, the proposal is tested against your site: does it fit what is already there, are the permissions right, would every form still validate.

You read and refine
Ask for changes in the same conversation. Each answer is a new version, and each one lists exactly what it adds or changes on your site.

Apply, or undo
A snapshot is taken, then the changes are applied for the roles you chose. If anything is not right, Undo puts the site back as it was.

The AI Builder works with the same parts you can change in the browser yourself, so what it builds looks and behaves like the rest of your site, and you can keep editing it by hand.

Reviewable and reversible
Nothing happens that you have not read first, and nothing you cannot take back.
Every version, line by line
Every answer from AI is a numbered version. Switch between versions, and each one lists line by line what it adds to your site and what it changes. Ask for another change and version 3 appears next to the others.
- Named changes. Each line says what it is: a record, a field, an approval, a report.
- Preview before apply. See the form and the workflow as they would look, read-only.
- Checked against your site. The checks run again at the moment you press Apply.
Snapshot before, undo after
Before a version is applied, Nexoboard takes a snapshot of your site's structure. The changes are then applied one by one; if one of them fails, the ones before it are rolled back. Afterwards, Undo is one click away in the history, with a check that no data would be lost.
- History of every build, who applied it and when.
- Undo with a data check: if records already use a new field, you are told before anything is removed.
- On Enterprise, on your own servers, a full backup of the site is taken before every apply as well.
AI helpers
Help inside the apps you already use.
The Store apps come with AI helpers for the work that takes time but not judgement. They draft, summarise and score; your people read and decide.
Deal summaries
Where each deal stands and what to do next, written from the record and its activity.
Drafts in your tone
Email replies drafted from the conversation so far. You edit and send.
CV reading and shortlists
Applications are read, matched to the role and scored, with the evidence shown. People decide.
Job descriptions
A job ad drafted from the role, the team and your requirements, ready for your jobs page.
A CV score shows the lines of the CV it rests on, and a deal summary is written from the record and its activity. Nothing AI drafts is sent to a customer or a candidate without a person pressing Send.
Credits and control
Included in paid plans. Always under your control.
AI on Nexoboard is priced per action, in credits that come with every paid plan, and it is switched on for the people you choose.

What it costs
Each paid plan includes AI credits every month, shared by the sites of your account. One credit is $0.01. Every action has a fixed price in credits, whatever the length of the answer, and a failed call costs nothing. Need more? Buy a credit pack, or set an overage limit in the console.

Who can use it
The AI Builder is for a site's owner and the managers the owner names; only the owner can create new roles or whole new areas. The helpers inside apps follow each app's roles: someone who cannot see a deal cannot summarise it either.

What it never does
AI never changes your site on its own. Every proposal is read and applied by a person with the right role, after a snapshot, and can be undone. It will not delete data, publish a public form or send anything outside your company.
