1. What we collect
Account details you give us (email, name, company, country, currency and time zone of your sites), billing details handled by our payment processor, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
2. Data in your sites
Records in your sites belong to you. Each site has its own database. Support staff can open a site only through a support session the owner approves, and every session is logged.
3. Cookies
These pages use only the cookies needed to sign in, and the fonts and images are served from our own servers. When the sign-up form is protected by hCaptcha, its check is loaded from hCaptcha, which may set its own cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.
4. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your account data, or for its deletion, by email. Deleting a tenant removes its sites after the cooling-off period.
