Do we need developers?
Not to run or adapt the apps. Fields, forms, approvals, roles, reports, documents and automations are changed in the browser by someone who knows your process, or described to the AI Builder and reviewed before they go live.
For deeper connections to other systems, your IT team or a partner can link Nexoboard to them.
What happens to our changes when an app is updated?
They stay. Your fields, layouts, workflows and reports are stored with your site, apart from the app itself, and are kept through updates. Updates arrive in a maintenance window we announce first, and a backup of each site is taken before it is updated.
How does the AI Builder work, and is it safe?
You describe what you need; AI proposes a set of changes, which Nexoboard checks against your site before you see it. You read the proposal, switch between versions and apply it when you are happy.
A snapshot is kept before every change, and you can undo. AI never changes your site without a person applying the change.
Can your support team see our data?
Only when you let them. A support engineer asks for a session on a site and gives a reason; an owner or admin approves or denies it in the console.
The session ends after 4 hours at most, or as soon as you end it, your team sees a banner while it runs, and everything goes to the audit log.
What does the open beta mean for us?
You can sign up and start today. During the beta, paid plans are activated with a voucher code.
Some parts are still being finished, and the terms of service and privacy policy are drafts that say so.
