The tools for building are the same on Pro and Business. Choose Pro for one site and a small team. Choose Business when you want several sites, your own web address, single sign-on with your identity provider or your sites without “Powered by Nexoboard”.

Choose Advanced for servers for your company alone, run by us, or Enterprise to run Nexoboard on your own servers; on both, the AI Builder can also write server code for you. During the beta, write to support@nexoboard.com to change plan.

Staff users: enabled users who work in the apps, counted once for the whole account even when they work on several sites. These do not count: portal and website users, the built-in admin account, and the support user.

Each paid plan includes AI credits every month, shared by the sites of your account. One credit is $0.01, and every AI action has a fixed price in credits, listed above; a failed call costs nothing.

When the month's credits run out, AI stops until the next month, unless you buy a credit pack or turn on overage with a limit. Plan credits do not carry over; pack credits stay valid 12 months.

Not on Pro or Business. There you build in the browser with forms, approvals, reports and your own AI actions, the AI Builder can add browser scripts to your forms, and you connect other tools through the built-in connections.

On Advanced and Enterprise, the AI Builder can also write server scripts for you. Each script it writes is checked automatically before it is switched on: it must compile, use only the platform's functions, never ask to ignore permissions, keep AI answers to your own records and pass a test run on a sample record. Scripts you change by hand are yours to check. Your company is responsible for the code it asks for. App packages are not uploaded.

Each site on Pro or Business has a daily allowance of server time, shared by everything the site does for people in the browser and for connected tools. Business has a larger allowance; Advanced environments have none.

If you plan connections that call the site often, tell us and we will suggest a plan. Background work such as imports, automation and emailed reports does not count toward it.

Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are not open yet: write to us, we invoice you, and a voucher code from our team opens your account on that plan when you sign up. No account is opened without one.

Yes. A year costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free (about 17% off).

A site that is cancelled or unpaid turns read-only first, then it is paused, archived and deleted after the notice periods. You can download a backup while the site is read-only or paused, and its final backup after it is archived.

Advanced comes in three sizes, each with a published monthly price in US dollars, listed above. Talk to us about the size and the region; a voucher code from our team activates it in the console, and the environment is then set up automatically.

To move to another size, write to support@nexoboard.com: our team plans and applies the change.

Each instance on your own servers needs an Enterprise licence; contact us for pricing. The licence counts every user of the instance, from a daily check-in with Nexoboard, and usage above what it includes, such as AI beyond the monthly credits, is billed monthly in arrears.

If an instance cannot reach us for more than 30 days, its sites turn read-only. Reads, export and backups keep working.

Yes. Choose them when you sign up and for each new site. Your sites use them for dates, numbers and amounts, and currency fields can carry a currency per document. Exchange rates and conversion are something you set up. Your Nexoboard plan itself is billed in US dollars.

No. Prices exclude taxes that may apply in your country.
